      Why would I have to drive over 2 hours to go to a globe store to restore service when it was disconnected due to a system error. I have always paid my bill on time and have all receipts to prove it. You turned it off you turn it back on.Help

          contacting Account Specialist from Globe via hotline or Social Media (FB, twitter or web chat) should be able to help you reconnect your account without you going to Globe store.

            sorry for the inconvenience that you have to go through just to reconnect the line. but you can call the hotline to request for the reconnection of the account since you have the receipt. you can provide to CSR for the details of payment.


            BUT if the concern is for the exceeding limit of the account you have to settle half of the unbilled charges on your account.
