    How can I pay for my permanently terminated account (final bill arrived after termination)


      Hi! I was moving out from the Philippines, so I terminated my Globe Broadband account (on 25th of July 2016). After that (as I was previously advised by Globe support) I got the bill stating the final remaining outstanding balance.


      I am outside the Philippines, and I planned to use online payment. But now Globe service does not accept my account # and landline # (neither online banking payment nor globe's online service), as my account is already terminated.


      How can I settle my balance with Globe if I don't plan to visit the Philippines in the next years? I thought about bank wire transfer - is that an option? Can anyone help figuring out the payment details? Thanks!
