      It's been four days now since Sunday that we have a slow connection and intermittent signal. Got to call Globe hotline last Sunday and the agent scheduled us for the technical visit yesterday but no Globe tech arrived on our house. Called Globe hotline again last night around 6PM and the agent advised me that our schedule is from 1PM to 8PM but no one visit our house to check our internet connection. Account No. 844548585
