    Postpaid Plan Contract (Deactivation)


      So my first postpaid account is a 2-year contract, which is an iPhone 5s (16gb). My account got activated last July 9, 2014. Supposedly my last deadline of payment should be this August 26, 2016, but the billing is still ongoing. I haven't paid yet, though. But it's supposed to deactivate already, right? Because I got the text message from Globe saying that the next cut-off will be on September 5, 2016. Am I supposed to personally request for deactivation of the postpaid plan? Help please. Thank you.
