On 15 July 2016, I applied for Globe's free Spotify Premium trial. I followed the steps: entered the verification code and logged into my Spotify account. But whenever I do that, it redirects to a blank page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my Spotify to see if it worked. I've repeated the process countless times but still nothing.
Yesterday (11 August 2016), I received a text from Globe saying that my trial period is about to expire. I haven't even used it and yet it's going to expire. Is there a fix for this?
