    Advance Unbilled Charges

      I always get a message from globe about ADVANCE unbilled charges ever since i changed my cut off date. At first i was advised that this will only occur once, until my billing cycle becomes stable again, however, i received it several times and this cause my account to be deactivated. I already talked to a customer service rep in one of globes branches, however he still didnt fixed my problem. What can i do regarding this? It is so inconvenient!
