    Hooq activation, Act16080005794.


      My broadband plan upgraded with hooq for 2 weeks until now no activation code emailed to me, despite my follow with globe, log an escalation ticket Act16080005794, still nothing happened. No feedback. How can I do that? I am really disappointed!
