Is there any reply you have recieved from them. And when you are calling, what is their typicall response to your concern?
They have not provided feedback to me so I always call to get some updates.
I believe its 3 weeks now. I already logged 3 tickets for this, the other 2
resolved without my notification and basically no resolution because i
still have the issues on hooq with me (no activation code). Latest ticket
Act16080008136. I called yesterday and they always say its forwarded to
hooq admin/dept concern. Why is this taking so long? I do not understand.
