It's been more than a week now since I applied a new postpaid line online.
I have been trying to contact the hotline, doing emails and tweets but I still get the same response -- they will call me in 24 to 48 hours, but I don't receive anything.
I called again the hotline awhile ago, the CSR mentioned that Globe tried to call me at around 9am today, but I didn't receive any call at all. I'm really frustrated and more worried as they have been getting more inconsistent and untrue to their so-call updates.
Is there any way I can escalate my online application? It was too late when I figured that walk-in applications are processed faster. I hope there is still a way.
Please call the hotline and ask for final commitment on the delivery date.
If they cannot provide final date, then you may opt to cancel the online application and do walk-in if you are in hurry. Online application may take some time longer than the usual as they need to verify documents that you have submitted.
