    Sorry but there has been a different mobile number using the same Spotify account


      I encountered this during my recent availing of the GoSurf 499. The Globe system prompted me to register to Spotify but the mentioned title is what they are replying to me. I tried to go to Talk2Globe a few minutes ago. The person on the other line told me to deactivate my account on Spotify, but there's not such option except to fully delete it. I tried signing out of all devices but still to no avail. Can anyone provide me with a solution for this?
