      Hello good afternoon. I have an existing plan for 14 months already can i terminate may plan or upgrade?

          shang2x You may still be under a contract and may incur fees/charges for termination. Upgrade is possible provided that your new plan is within your Credit Limit. Check with 211 (for plan upgrade) and 730-1300 (look for the Permanent Disconnection) for options.
