I have applied for a new postpaid line and acquired it last Saturday, August 20, 2016. According to the sales officer that assisted me last Saturday, my line is already activated. Unfortunately, until now, sim is not yet activated as I cannot receive and send text messages and calls. I have tried to activate the line thru their online but has not receive any feedback until now. Have tried contacting their 211 hotline but I cannot go thru as the number I have entered is incorrect (since line is not yet activated).
