      I tried to pay my bill through online payment using my debit card last Aug 19, 2016 (Sun). I haven't received any confirmation or any receipt in my email. I checked my ATM balance too (via online) and nabawasan na siya.

       

      How do I know if my transaction was successful or not?

          To know if your online payment push through, you should receive a confirmation email with reference number. Since you mention you haven't receive any confirmation email try to contact Globe hotline (dial 211 via Globe mobile or dial 730-1000 via Landline) for them to check if the payment did push through if not contact your bank have them check your account. Take note that usually online payment will reflect within 1-2 business days after the transaction.
