      Hi globe...I want to avail your Rubicon Plan P1,299 10mpbs...
      I was informed that you have that kind of plan.. We have been with you guys since early 2000, We have DSL(adsl) and Landline as well way back 2014.. Our Landline no. was 9039697 under Melquiades  Layug subscribed since early 2000's...and DSL(adsl) under Raymund Layug ... suddenly you guys just cut off our Prepaid Landline service recently this year without further notice due to Non availability of prepaid landline cards and all of a sudden you just resumed prepaid cards again this month  ..and I always call your tech support b4 we cut off our internet connection that have never been resolved due to  unstable connection almost 2mos being billed but internet connection was always been disconnected. It was so frustrating!
