I tried to call 171 in landline for customer service but its busy all the time now. And the new live chat is deserted, no replies from globe agents coz I want to upgrade my old plan P1,599 5Mbps w/ landline to the new one which is the P1599 15Mbps or the fiber one P1599 20Mbps. And Why don't they just automatically upgrade plans to their new systems anyways.
