    New Globe Broadband Plan


      I just spoke with a customer support rep since I am curious about the new plans. I am currently on Plan 1299 @ 3Mbps and asked if I can be migrated to 10Mbps for the same price which they are offering.


      The rep told me that it would take 3 to 5 days just to know if it's available in my area but when I called to upgrade a month ago from 2Mbps it only took them 24 hours.


      Anyone here who has the same experience or who have been migrated to the new plans already.


      Any feedback is appreciated.
