          Call (02) 730-1300 to request for termination. if you're using mobile postpaid, I don't think there is  a need to request for termination as you can have the mobile with you for as long as you are in PH not unless you don't want to use the service anymore.... if it's broadband, you might want to consider transferring your service to your new location..
