I've been calling globe's hotline for the past 11 days regarding our broadband and landline connection. The last update that the support group gave them is that there is a wiring problem in facility (not sure about the term they used, "distribution port?"). The update is given to them last Aug. 22. They've known the problem for 11 days and still there is no new update regarding the concern. Is there a way to escalate this concern to higher level?
