    Globe user/s experiencing high latency (ping) and packet loss on SEA Server of DotA 2 and other Valve applications. The issue is occuring every 3-5mins. Issue noticed 9/03/2016.

      This has been reported months ago and has started happening again. I hope Globe is able to fix it. I don't want to transfer to a different ISP since Globe is providing me with exceptional service.
