      i cant redeem or share points in globe rewards using globe website. help please.

       

      I always use this site, but for the past few months, it is not working anymore . always "211 something"

      I asked my friends to redeem rewards also, it seems they cant redeem using online

       

      Please retry later, pero never na syang nagwork. also the same with the android apps. globe please fix this. I want to redeem a reward regarding the bill -100 since i'm a postpaid subscriber. reply please.

          Hi tentrashi!

           

          Have you tried it today?

          I just redeemed online and using the application and it works fine. Also, always remember that prior redeeming, make sure that you don't have any outstanding balance.

           

          Hope this would help.

            I had the same issues redeeming rewards items online. Usually requires multiple attempts for the transaction to be successful. Could be a browser issue, so try other browsers and disable script blocker add-ons? I use mobile redemption nowadays to avoid the grief of having to use the website.
