    Temporary Disconnect


      Good Day Globe Team. I wanna inquire about "Temporary Disconnection" on my Broadband Account. I already have an existing postpaid account with Globe and I am satisfied with the LTE speed. I'm happy with it but I dont need my broadband anymore.


      How long can I temporarily disconnect my broadband?

      Is it working? I dont wanna get billed while the account is on temporary disconnect.
