I have contacts with the agent by the last week of August and told me about this Globe DSL Expressconnect, I need the connection because I need a home-based job. It was installed Sept 1, told me that in this area (Gapan, Nueva Ecija) 3mbps is no longer available. I settle for 2mbps, the fastest I can get, and told me that it's 100GB but I found out it's only 20 or 30gb per month. They lied to me, and I don't think 30gb is enough for the whole month. The agent and installer can still be contacted but they are not responding to my texts. calls, and chats. PLEASE HELP!!
