    Bakit naging 28 months contract ko? @[email protected]

      Hello Gusto ko po malaman bakit naging March 2017 yung end ng contract ko, eh November 14, 2014 ko nakuha yung phone ko. wala ako makausap sa customer service puro sounds lng . Wala din ako makuhang sagot sa chat nyo, lagging sagot lng "March 2017 mageend ang contract", hindi maexplain sa akin bakit nagging MARCH 2017 at naging 28months ang contract.

          First, did you requested before a temporary suspension of your account? If

          yes, temporary suspension of the account will extend the end of the

          contract period. If no, you may call 211 or 027301300 for CS, may choose

          option 1 for postpaid care, option 2 for loyalty department, or option 3

          for retention/save desk department. All mentioned department can answer and

          explain your concern about the contract of your account.
