First, did you requested before a temporary suspension of your account? If
yes, temporary suspension of the account will extend the end of the
contract period. If no, you may call 211 or 027301300 for CS, may choose
option 1 for postpaid care, option 2 for loyalty department, or option 3
for retention/save desk department. All mentioned department can answer and
explain your concern about the contract of your account.
