I am trying to put my internet/broadband account to the globe services app but no luck in succeeding. It is only asking for me to input a mobile number which is not applicable since it is broadband account. Its a. It bit of a hassle to open the main globe since it takes too long to load some times so I wanted to use the app instead to check our broadband account. I am enrolled to paperless billing by the way.
