    Billing Statement Pleaseeee

      Hi. Tanong ko lang po kung bakit hindi lumalabas ung current and previous bills ko using MyAccount dito sa globe website? I just want to view my latest Billing for this month since I received a text message from globe that  I have already my Billing but hindi ko po sya makita dito sa MyAccount. Salamat po! Sana po matulungan nyo ako.

          Hey alva,

           

          Lahat ba ng billing statement mo hindi mo  makita? How long have you been with Globe? Ano ang cutoff date mo? Sa ngaun kasi ang Globe ay nagbago ng timeline on viewing the bill. Usually, it can be viewed 7 days to 9 days after your cutoff date! Please let me know if naview mo na. thanks
