On September 17, 2016 I requested for an upgrade from Plan 999 3mbps Data-only to Plan 1599 15mbps. Due to the plan upgrade, my internet service has been interrupted. As of this writing, I don't have internet connection at home. I already tried emailing Globe Customer Service a lot of times but the CSRs kept on saying that the upgrade is on progress. Still on progress after nearly two weeks? I've been a Globe subscriber for more than 6 years and I had upgrade requests before which were completed within 24-48 hours.
