We upgraded our account along with this free Chromecast offer last May 2016 and until now we do not have the Chromecast unit! We have made several calls and got several tickets opened and all the reps we talked to were pointing fingers to different departments. We were also promised that somebody would contact us, but got nothing like they don't really care (feels like "we got what we wanted from you so F. U."...parang ganun).
Then we saw a post on this community and it looks that a lot of subscribers have been duped.
