    Upgrade and Follow up Taking week's' to process

      its its been weeks since i phoned in for an upgrade. guess what my frustrations is turning into anger. my old subscription is a 3mbps data speed bundle for 1299. Just recently the same price is being offered at 10mbps of 1299 (or slightly higher priced? i can't remember) so i called it in and requested for an upgrade. its been two weeks and still not receiving any calls from globe.

       

      (excluding my problem with them that my landline hardware wasn't delivered upon installation that is incurred in my monthly bill for 1200 deferred. AGAIN its been two months and still no response. )

       

      then tried to apply for a new line. which bothered me even more. because that very day i got a call from Globe about my installation.
