    I am not satisfied with the services

      I am a loyal customer of Globe, actually nabigyan ako ng loyalty reward after a year of being a good payer.

      My rewards are:

      free hooq

      50gb volume allowance

      50gb additional speed.

      Free landline to celphone calls to any Globe/tm numbers

      upgraded from 2mbps-3mbps with 100 peso rebate for 3-6 months

      and so many more.

      my loyalty reward started around October 2014 (if im not mistaken)

       

      But things changed, napansin ko bigla humina net namin at yung browser nagloloading lang,

      ang games palaging nadidisconnect. so i called globe hotline and reported the incident.

      to make the story short. I am not SATISFIED na sa services nila, nakaka annoy na talaga.

      Useless na ang binabayaran ko. too many times na pinupuntahan ako ng technician,

      cguro 2x a week kami nagkikita ng technician ng globe, But still walang ngyayari.

      lahat na ginawa ng technician. wala pa rin, kaya nag suggest ang technician, kung di na daw kami satisfied, either

      mag pa disconnect na lang kami or magpa upgrade to 5 mbps.

       

      Dahil im too lazy to apply sa ibang network kaya nagdecide ako magpa upgrade into 5 mbps.

      Pero mas nag worse ang situation, ganun pa rin, laging DC at lag. kaya di na lang namin ginamit ang internet, kasi wala rin naman

      kami gagawin sa PC dahil mauubos ang oras namin kakaantay ng loading ng browser at nakakainis palagi na didisconnect in game.

      until naputulan kami.

       

      ang bilis ng globe magpadala ng acct ko sa legal department, wow ha! hindi nga nila nabigyan ng solusyon ang problema ko.

      dadagdagan pa nila. pinadalhan ako ng letter ng legal dept nila, so i called hotline and asking them to waive those months na hindi ko nagamit dahil na disconnect na kami.

       

      this certain Miss Desiree, nakausap ko sa phone parang head ata ng isang dept sa globe, sabi niya gagawan raw nya ng action ang query ko. so i trust her kasi bisaya rin sya tiga kidapawan. (i am from davao)

      but months gone by, akala ko ok na, kept waiting for a text, pero more than 2-3 months na ata, wala pa rin nag kontak sa akin.

      until nag text ulit ang tiga legal dept sa akin na ipupush thru daw nila ang action against me.

       

      Tama ba yan? na papabayaran nila ang disconnected bill sa akin? and i am not satisifed na sa services nila.

      I AM NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER ANYMORE!!
