Hello globe community! I have been using globe internet 1299 for 3Mbps per month. I have been experiencing internet issues having no internet at all. that happened last july 2016 and they resolved that issue after 15 days and offered me a 750 pesos billing adjustment. I encountered this problem again last sept 4 2016 and it took them 23 days to fix my internet. Now they are only offering me 995 pesos for the days i have not used my internet. and now, i don't think that 995 pesos is enough for the VERY POOR SERVICE that i am getting. WILL GLOBE BE ABLE TO GIVE COMPENSATION FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE ASIDE FROM BILLING ADJUSTMENT?
