    Relocating my Globe Broadband and Landline.


      Why is it that it takes a day to establish a new connection, but when it comes to reconnection, it's tedious? I had my broadband connection established last year. And just last Sunday, I requested it to be transferred to another residential unit, but in the same building. They said they'll get back to me within 24 hours. It's been 4 days and still no feedback. I understand that they have a different protocol for a new connection and for a reconnection. But the fact that they have me waiting for days, which was supposed to be a day according to them, is misleading, disappointing, and unsatisfying. I have already requested for a follow-up and the agent said that he will escalate it. I'm just hoping it will be successful.
