    Plan Upgrade Did Not Work


      Greetings Globe,


      I would like to enquire about this concern I have, I requested to recontract my plan to a higher Mbps however they placed me instead of the Plan 1199 which only gives me 100GB of data and 5MBPS speed. supposedly I wanted to get the 1299 since It has a free netflix and a chromecast which I really expected to get.


      My address is In Ganciang St. Punta Princesa Cebu City, May I have some information when would Globe supports 10Mbps in my area? Placing me to the plan I did not requested is against my consumer rights, no one contacted me to get my decision about it if its fine for me that I would be in the plan 1199, if I havent called no one would inform me about it. I have published my experience about this matter in a local newspapers Sunstar Daily News, Superbalita and Banat and would be published any time soon.
