      recently lang ako nag pakabit ng Globe dsl plan 999 1mbps no landline... nung May 1, 2013... and wala pang 1week.. nawawalan ako ng internet at mabagal... then tinawag ko... technician came pero after nun d padin na fix... ganun padin... then tinawag ko ulit.. 2nd technician came... he said na hack ang accout namin.. either yung nag install or something kasi baka daw binenta sa iba... then ok na.. then after ilang days lang... ganun nnaman ulit. then 3rd technician came, same lang ng sinabi.. hacked daw. so i request na ibahin ang user at pass ng aking modem.. after nun, naayus pero.. napaka bagal ng internet... halos facebook lang ata nagagawa ko. i emailed for rebate... kasi unfair kakapakabit ko lang pero ang panget na ng service ng nakuha ko.. half month pa lang... eh mga 4-6 days ko lang ngamit internet ko dahil sa naka hack or nabenta daw yung line ko... plan ko pa nman mag upgrade ng 2mbps kaso parang nagdadalawang isip ako. kasi bka kahit mag upgrade ako e. mabagal padin...

          magrequest ka ng change user and pass then wag mong ipagsasabi ang username and password mo even their technicians.If they askwhat is the username and password para maset-up ung modem ikaw na magpasok. Then ung mga pinaghihinalaan mong nanghahack sau kunin mo pangalan then report it immidiately to the hotline. Kung still mabagal pa rin or still at a hack status. Kumausap ka na ng Supervisor on the hotline for the technical team and kung hindi pa rin ma resolve. contact NTC if possible

            nag request na po ako last time... and now ok naman may internet pero very slow... recently knina lang nag speedtest ako... 0.70mbps lang ang speed...

              kaya dapat iniingatan ang IP ng internet kasi once na makuha ito madali ng ma hack ang internet

                since nagpakabit naman po ako ng dsl... yung agent at yung installer lang nkapasok sa kwarto namin at gumalaw ng modem dhil sila nga nagkabit...

                         About this, once you reported to globe customer service that your account have problem due to technical issue or network related problem.  Globe will issue you a job number then this will be pass to technical support team, they will provide your acoount username and password (as default your ***).  I suggest that you call to globe customer service agent and request to change your password.  You will provide your own password (through call), agent will change to there system then they will tell you input to your modem, save and reboot.

                    nagpa personalized na ko ng password. ang problem ko ngayun e madalas e umaabot ng 1mbps yung internet ko.. mdalas nsa 0.70mbps lang
