    How can I get my escalated issue rushed? Ticket number 41826488.

      Nag upgrade ko ng plan ko na 5gb data last August 25. From 1499 + gadget care.

       

      Kinancel ko gadget care tapos nag upgrade ako ng 5GB which makes may new MRF to 1799. So after nung upgrade nagtataka ako bakit may mga unbilled charges ako for internet, ang alam ko naman eh nag upgrade ako at bukod pa dun nag subscribe ako ng 1gb additional data gamit ang rewards ko and I know for a fact na di pa ako nag exceed ng 5gb, from what i remember nasa 2.8gb lang and they are charging me around 2.2k for my bill this month. Called globe at na resolve naman, they deducted 468.15 and 32.85 pesos, kase they found out na may mis alignment daw ng bill ko, by the way eto ang reference number na binigay nila 135292267, talked to a Jodielyn. She made the adjustment and assured me na moving forward hindi na mangyayari ulit yun at 1799.00 lang ang magigiling bill ko  onwards.

       

      To my surprise, meron na naman akong unbilled charge for the next bill, today, yes today! Anak ng tipaklong, di ko pa nababayaran tong isang bill ko tapos next bill ko may unbilled charge na ako? Tapos ngayon 1.7GB pa lang nagagamit ko? Talked to globe today, they found out na, it still the same issue, naka register na ako ng 5gb pero may mis-alignment pa rin daw. Hindi daw kase na escalate yung issue ko para ma fix yung account ko sa globe.

       

      So sabi nila, intayin ko daw yung text or call nung tiga backend nila. Makes me hesitate to wait kase simpleng issue na dapat resolve na eh hindi pa rin hanggang ngayon. As I am writing this, may nagtext na naman na unbilled charge! WTH!!! Baka naman pwede nyo ko matulungan dito regarding this and probably file a complain? Inconvenience na kase eh.
