    Still Deactivated while paying the MRF + unbilled charges.

      My outgoing services was deactivated because of unbilled charges exceeded the limit. I have paid the MRF plus the unbilled charges before the due time last October 7, 2016. Supposed today is the next cycle to refresh my usages and that includes my activation of the outgoing services. I try contact Globe but it was so frustrating because until now i got no responds from Globe customerSt service. Why?
