Hi Guys! We are planning to process a Transfer of Ownership of a Broadband Account, however, as we were filling out the online form (Online Form Link: https://www.globe.com.ph/form-transfer-of-ownership#) we've been stucked on STEP 2, "Postpaid Plan to be Transferred," where we need to choose the Plan that will be transferred. Yet, there's no BROADBAND INCLUDED IN THE LIST (Click on the link to view the screenshot of the concern that I am talking about: http://screencast.com/t/DNrewf3yLCg).
Can we process the Transfer of Ownership of a Broadband Account Online? I thought we can process it Online, to save us from the hassle of going to the nearest Globe Center. I don't have the luxury of time to visit Globe Center. Can I just let them bring a signed letter with notary instead? If there's really a need for us to visit the nearest Globe Center?
