    Filing a formal complaint to DTI/NTC


      I am seriously fed up. I'm going to file a formal complaint to NTC/DTI if my dispute is not resolved by tomorrow. GLOBE this is not funny! I have been calling you hotline and I have been provided with the same feedback. NO ONE IS ACTUALLY HELPING! AND NOBODY TO ESCALATE THE MATTER TO! Your customer service is a joke! You are not helping your customers. You are not helping your loyal customer that is actually a good payer! [email protected] hit me an email if there is someone who actually can help
