      hello po, just wanna ask lang po. na factory reset po kasi ang phone ko, after non, hindi na ako nakakareceive ng pdf or globe my bill. paano po ito? hindi ko na po alam akung magkano na ang bill ko. hindi ko rin alam ang email na niregistered ng globe. paano po ito? 3 months na po akong hindi nakakabayad ng plan ko po. ang papa ko nga pala ang nag-aply ng plan, ako lang po na anak nya ang binigyan nya nito.

      sana po may makatulong, sana po mapansin ito ng globe.

          You can link your Globe Postpaid number at My Account on the Globe website. You will receive a code in enrolling your number. After successfully confirming that, you can now view your past bills.

            you can create an account at Globe website tru accounts.globe.com.ph | also u may check ur Outstanding balance via self care options such as PLAN BALANCE or PLAN UNBILLED sent to 2312 for free | *143# | IVR channel. Just call 211 or 7301000 then choose selfservice ||
