    It has been 3 weeks, but we still haven't receive our free Hooq access yet.


      We upgraded to 1299 plan with 10 mbps.  It suppose to have free access for Hooq and Netfix, but the only one that we received was the Netflix access. It has been three weeks already and we have called the globe hotline so many times. So, what happen to our suppose to be free Hooq access?
