    "STOP ALL"

      Fed up with adverts and texting STOP ALL to 2977 still lets rubbish through! WHY??????????????????

          I had the same problem before and what I did was to call Customer Service, get the name of the person assisting you, the time and the date, then let them do it manually on their end and get a reference number.


          My tip with any issues is to always document everything officially so there would be a basis to refer to.
