    Frustrating Transfer of Location Service

      We're currently subscribed in 10mbps/100gb dsl connection and lumipat kami ng bahay last September. Bago kami lumipat nag file na kami ng transfer of location. Next call namin sabi nila na not serviceable daw yung new location namin which is maybe 10blocks away lang from our previous location. Now, they insist na LTE na daw yung ikabit nila. It's really weird kasi yung neighbor namin ngayon is naka globe dsl. Then nung sinabi ko na yun na may neighbor nga kami at meron pang comshop na malapit samin na naka globe dsl nagbigay na sila ng day na ikakabit na daw then 1 week na nakalipas wala parin. After a day tumawag ulit kami at yun balik nanaman sa dati na di daw available ang dsl sa new location namin. It's really frustrating kasi 2 times naulit yan. Sinasabi lang ba nila na pupuntahan na nila kapag nagalit ka sa kanila on phone? Then i decided na ipaterminate nalang and pinagbabayad ako ng P5,098 termination fee. Is it really my fault? Anyone with this kind of issue?

       

      btw I don't like the LTE plan because of 50GB data allowance compare to 100GB with DSL and I also have doubts on its reliability

          yon lang..

          baka po kasi puno na yong cabinet sa new location nyo..

          regarding the pre-termination fee I think talagang ma cha-charge ka non..

          if you are aware of the account name or landline number of your neighbor, you can use that as reference to have your area checked and use same cabinet or distribution point and to check if may available slot pa po..

          you may call (02) 730-1300 tutal may intention ka naman na to terminate the account. they can provide better option po
