    Billed for two plans and two spotify premiums in one billing period


      I am subscribed to MySuperPlan 299 and was asked to change to LifestylePlan 799 by an agent last billing period (sep 21-oct 20). When I received my bill for sep 21-oct 20, I was surprised that Globe is charging me for 299 and 799 + 2 spotify premiums. I have tried reaching out through twitter and facebook but they did not reply after they have received my concern. I hope someone can help on what to do. Thank you!
