    Account: change lastname on billing statements


      I requested to change my lastname on June and was expecting it to reflect on my succeeding billing statements. I used the GServices app, uploaded a photo of our marriage contract and even received a confirmation that it has been updated. But my recent bill still shows my maiden name. Is there a need to visit a Globe store or there's an online application elsewhere? I can't seem to find an option on the website and GServices.
