    Globe Direct Carrier Billing not working


      Hi! I've been trying to do an in-app purchase. However, every time I proceed to payment method (Globe Telecom Billing), an error will appear stating "The account verification SMS could not be sent. Please try again."


      Is there any solution to this problem? I just don't want my prepaid load to expire before I can complete the in-app purchase.


      Please help. Thank you.
