    Why does Globe making it hard for me to follow-up my application via online?


      Globe is making me chase my own tail. Through 730-1010 last Wednesday, I was informed that my new mobile plan application which was done online was approved. Two days after, I am still waiting for Globe to give me a call  about the delivery details. I made a follow-up today but the call agent told me that I have to call 730-1000 since they cannot accommodate calls regarding new applications made online. I called 730-1000 but the voice prompt told me that I have to call 730-1010. Say what now?
