    Billing Statement for Broadband users?


      Do you receive a hard copy of the billing statement on the first day of payment? I actually registered as a postpaid user for Globe Broadband Plan 1299 and I've waiting for my billing statement. The operator who installed the modem and phone on our home said that I need to go to the Store Branch to know my bill. First, the operator never gave me the account number so I need to retrieve it first. Where can I get my account number? Second, I do not want to go to the Branch Store because it is a city away and I always rely on Billing Statements first so it won't be any hassle when doing the [email protected]
