    FREBIES: My Lifestyle Plan 1499

      Hi Team,

       

      I recently subscribed to a Mylifestyle Plan 1499. I got my Huawei P9 unit but I have questions.

       

      1. I did not receive my VIP card. I called Globe support (02 730 1010) and they told me they are not aware what the VIP card is how to get it. I would like to know how Globe can help me get one.

       

      2.I did not receive my Netflix link which was supposed to be free for 6 months so I can't take advantage of it.

       

      3. Am I the only one experiencing this issue?
