    router is working fine but no internet connection


      yesterday i received a phone from globe because i upgraded from plan 899 to 999 and they gave me a new sim, it was fine yesterday, our connection was still working but the next day we have no internet for a few hours already. they said my phone have an allotment of 3gb plus text and calls and free spotify so i dont know why our home wifi is down? is it because the postpaid for my phone is activated? how do i fix this please? i have checked and it shows good signal and connectivity to  internet but when we use it in any devices, there is no internet and when i try to diagnost it days dns is not responding. help please
