    It has only been six (6) days since our data cap has been reset, but today, we received a text notification that we are about to reach our data limit again.


      This also happened last month (according to your Customer Service), but we didn't mind because we may have unknowingly downloaded some large files in a span of a week. This month, we monitored our data usage, changed the password of our WiFi, and we barely used half the limit, yet we were informed otherwise. Could you please double-check if we indeed are closing to our limit. Thank you.
