    I cannot open the bill sent to my email

      My last name has ñ and no matter how i input my last name to open the bill, it flags incorrect password.

      how can i open it? is there a way to have it changed?

          shegelocholo Have you tried using the letter n or omitting it? If that still fails, I would suggest you seek the assistance of an Account Specialist via the hotline or Globe Store so they could check if they could modify your account details (change the ñ to an n).

           

          The bill generation is automated. Maybe when the system extracts your last name + the last 4 digits of your number, and secures the PDF, the ñ is encoded as a different character.
