      Hi Globe, I was wondering why our Chromecast hasn't arrived yet. It's been more than a month. Can you check on this reference number: BBP16110002549? Care to share why did you delay the Chromecast delivery? If I could reach you guys directly, I could have had an argument with you. This is a really big disappointment. Your online chat is redirecting to the facebook messenger. Your agents there are so unresponsive. I've sent an email as well and your agent DID NOT respond anymore. You are starting to make me feel like you're turning into a SCAM. Your Cebu hotline can't be accessed as well. Unbelievable
